We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week) with flexibility to increase to full-time in the future. You can work from either our Miranda or North Strathfield office, with work-from-home options available.
The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for our clients and our team — managing communication, keeping deadlines on track, and leading a Client Service Assistant. This is a role for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Team Leadership
Be the primary point of contact for clients — quick, professional, and personable.
Keep lodgement timelines on track and follow up proactively.
Resolve client queries efficiently and with confidence.
Maintain accurate records across systems.
Manage and mentor a Client Service Assistant, delegating tasks and keeping workflows moving.
Admin & Operations
Oversee daily admin operations and make sure deadlines are hit.
Support directors and managers with scheduling, meeting prep, and correspondence.
Handle onboarding/offboarding of clients, including working with external accountants and regulators.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Take calls, manage messages, and coordinate internal tasks.
Sales & Growth Support
Monitor inbound leads and make sure follow-up happens.
Assist with proposals, engagement scopes, and client conversion.
Update and manage the sales process in Go High Level.
ATO, ASIC & Government Liaison
Manage ATO/ASIC portals and ensure client records are up-to-date.
Handle agent nominations, payment arrangements, and follow-up correspondence.
Prepare remission requests for GIC, FTL, and STL.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator who can build rapport with clients and the team.
A confident, assertive, and solutions-focused individual.
A go-getter who’s proactive and comfortable taking charge.
Previous experience in client services, practice management, or senior admin (professional services/accounting a big plus).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.
Tech-savvy (experience with CRM/accounting platforms).
What We Offer
Permanent part-time role (30 hrs/week) with the option to grow into full-time.
Competitive salary aligned with experience (pro-rata of $85,000–$100,000 FTE + super).
