About the role

We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused part-time Servicing and Customer Service professional to join the team at Call a Cooler in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, as well as ensuring our water coolers are cleaned and well-maintained and ready for use.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

Inspecting, servicing and sanitising our water coolers to the highest standards

Preparing equipment for customer use, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained and in perfect working order

Maintaining records of service work carried out

What we're looking for

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A keen interest in providing exceptional service and contributing to the success of the business
