As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing services across a variety of health service settings. This role is designed to support your growth from a developing practitioner into a confident and proficient professional, where you will consolidate your knowledge and expand your skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning. Your work will contribute directly to the wellbeing of patients and the smooth operation of the care environment.

About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care. With effective communication and teamwork abilities, you thrive in a multidisciplinary environment while ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
Registered (or eligible) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible to hold a current practising certificate, with demonstrated competence in your area of nursing practice.
Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and support patient-centred outcomes.
Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload, while remaining flexible, innovative, and creative in responding to challenges in healthcare settings.
Sound knowledge of legislation, codes, ethics, and quality improvement systems relevant to nursing practice, with current cannulation competency (or willingness to complete).
