An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced commercial kitchen cleaner to join our dedicated team.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional cleaner to maintain the exceptional cleanliness standards of our kitchen.
You will be working as part of a two-person cleaning team to ensure a thorough and efficient clean.

Key Details:

Shifts: Wednesday and Thursdays

Hours: 10:30/11:00 PM – 5:00 AM

2 shift per week

Paid hours: 5.5-6 hours per shift (with a 30 minute unpaid break)

Average hourly rate: $40.88 per hour

Additional evening kitchen hand shifts are available for interested candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Deep cleaning of ovens, stove tops, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.

Thorough cleaning of cool rooms, sinks, benches, walls, floors, and all kitchen surfaces.

Performing heavy lifting tasks as required.

Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with commercial kitchen food safety standards.

Working efficiently as part of a two-person cleaning team.

Skills and Experience:
We are seeking a candidate who:

Has previous commercial kitchen cleaning experience (preferred).

Possesses strong attention to detail and an excellent understanding of food handling and hygiene requirements.

Is highly motivated, extremely reliable, and capable of working autonomously and within a team environment.

Has their own reliable transport.

Is available and willing to work late-night shifts.
