Develop the skills, knowledge and competence of the Management Team and Staff through effective leadership, training and development, guidance and direction. Ensure HSEQ Compliance and achievement of an effective performance culture, including Zero Harm. Develop and drive employee attraction, retention and engagement and performance strategies.
