Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support your team with ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, from planning rosters and managing costs to ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Empower the FOH team with the right training, tools, and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Champion service standards by fostering teamwork, running daily briefings, and working closely with other hotel departments.
Take ownership of guest satisfaction, responding quickly and professionally to feedback and creating memorable dining experiences.
Partner with senior management on staffing, compliance, and performance initiatives within the Food & Beverage team.
Keep a sharp eye on stock, costs, and resources, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and sustainably.
Support a culture of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to elevate the guest journey and team performance.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll bring:
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a premium à la carte setting.
A polished, professional approach with excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the confidence to lead under pressure.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential).
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Reliable transport to get to and from shifts.
