About the Role
As a Technical Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and operating production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This hands-on role involves supervising operators, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery across the assigned line.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and mentor machine operators to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and food manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP).
• Monitor production quality, ensuring products meet company standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Perform routine maintenance and support major breakdown repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience as a machine/production operator in a food manufacturing (GMP/FMCG) environment.
• 1-2 years' leadership experience as a Line Lead, Supervisor, or Technical Lead.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and reducing waste.
• SAP experience preferred but not essential.
