Pearl Recruitment is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters for long-term opportunities across mining and civil projects throughout WA. You will be working with major clients on large-scale equipment, with options for FIFO, DIDO, and shutdowns. These are consistent, well-paid opportunities for skilled tradespeople looking for ongoing work.

Current Openings:
• FIFO and DIDO Heavy Diesel Fitters
• Shutdown-based crews
• Field service specialists

About the Role:
• Breakdown maintenance and rapid response to equipment failures
• Planned shutdown services, machine relocations, and demobilisations
• Major component change outs
• Independent or team-based field service work across remote WA sites

What We’re Looking For:
• Trade Certificate
• Proven experience with mining equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Experience in both workshop and pit environments is highly regarded

Pay & Rosters:
• $75 – $95/hr + Super (depending on experience)
• 12-hour shifts paid in full
• Roster options: 8:6, 2:1, and shutdowns
