About the Role

As a Supply Chain Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for supply chain-related queries. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, maintain system settings, and support onboarding and project tasks.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Investigating quoting and booking errors

Managing support tickets with FMS providers and carriers

Maintaining accurate carrier settings and documentation

Assisting with onboarding new transport solutions and services

Supporting supply chain projects and system testing

Keeping registers and documentation up to date
