What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner service, and teas
• Occasionally cook breakfast during low occupancy periods
• Prepare salads, BBQ packs, cut lunches, and rations
• Support fine dining functions and large-scale meal prep
• Work off-site in remote camp settings up to 4 times a year

What You'll Bring:

• RSA Certificate (required)
• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergen management
• Minimum 2 year's hospitality experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts across the week
• Valid driver's licence and Australian citizenship
• Able to pass a police check
