Your Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Monitor post-installation solar projects to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot and rectify issues.

Complete risk assessments (JSA), SAA/CEC documentation, and ensure subcontractors maintain safe work practices.

Provide top-notch customer service and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive, problem-solving electrician with solar and battery experience who has a positive can-do attitude. Ideal candidates will have the following:

12+ months of solar experience (preferred) and relevant accreditations (or willingness to obtain them).

Experience reading and analyzing solar performance reports.

Strong understanding of both residential and commercial electrical installations.

Proven scheduling and administrative skills.

Competence in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

A team player who contributes to a dynamic work environment.
