Solar Electrician – Solar & Battery

About the role

Alliance Powerbank is looking for a reliable and experienced Qualified Solar Electrician to join our Perth-based team. This full-time role focuses on installing solar and battery systems across the metropolitan area, helping households transition to cleaner and smarter energy solutions.

Your responsibilities

Install and commission solar PV and battery systems as part of a professional team

Complete work in line with SAA Guidelines and Australian Standards

Ensure the workplace is safe, organised, and compliant with WHS requirements

Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service

Contribute to team training and skill development

What we’re seeking

WA A-Grade Electrical License

WA Driver’s License

SAA Accreditation in solar and/or battery systems

Experience with solar PV and battery installation (preferred)

Familiarity with hybrid systems such as Alpha ESS, GoodWe, FoxESS, or Sungrow (advantageous)

White Card and Working at Heights certification

Ability to work independently, supervise apprentices, and collaborate with the wider team

Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
