Job Description

Want to make a difference, supporting individuals with their goals through their strengths and interests? Our quality team of Aspect Support Workers work together with Autistic adults in a community environment, allowing participants to engage in activities that support and enhance independent living skills, social understanding and health and wellbeing.

Multiple part time roles available (4 days per week). The hours are 08:45 – 15:15, Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

What you bring:

Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Community Service or Individual Support

Experience working in a day program, supported accommodation services or a hospital setting – required

Experience working with adults with complex behaviours and support needs

Engaged and willing to learn; skilled at building rapport

Motivated, resilient and enthusiastic

Effective oral and written communication skills

Driver’s licence (desirable)

NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state where you will be employed (or willingness to obtain)

Post chat interview, shortlisted candidates will progress through the following stages:
