The Role

We are seeking two experienced Senior Project Officers – WHS to lead and deliver workplace health and safety initiatives across the organisation. You will manage key WHS projects, provide expert advice, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver WHS projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Develop project documentation, reports, and briefings for stakeholders.
• Conduct research, analyse options, and provide recommendations for WHS improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners to implement safety programs and occupational health initiatives.
• Audit and enhance WHS systems and prepare performance metrics to inform management decisions.

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, and standards.
• Proven project management experience, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex and sensitive issues effectively.
