About You:

We welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds who knows how to promote, sell and close on our range of products.

Standout applicants will be:

· In-Home or over the phone presentation and Converting warm, qualified leads to sales

· Manage/Update our CRM system with all appropriate information

· Preparing Proposals and following up

· Coordinating with home owner for solar/battery installation

· Achieve minimum KPI's & maximise sales opportunities

· Weekly (in person/phone/online) meeting for one-on-one report sessions

Requirements for this Roles:

· Must have direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPI's, and targets

· A strong desire to learn and build a career in the solar industry.

· An ability to close on opportunities given, as well as generate your own opportunities.

· Open to learning new sales techniques and developing your sales craft.

· Previous Experience in the solar / in-home sales is not essential but highly regarded.
