The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial performance and leadership across a portfolio of high-profile community facilities. In this role, you will lead the finance team, provide strategic and operational support, and ensure the delivery of accurate financial insights that drive decision-making and business success. Key Responsibilities to include:

• Lead and develop the finance team, building capability and collaboration
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, cash flow management, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide detailed financial and non-financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders
• Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and business cases to support key initiatives
• Identify and manage financial risks, while exploring opportunities to improve performance
• Partner with operational managers to enhance their financial acumen and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance, governance, and integrity of financial data
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiencies across finance operations

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline, with CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
• Advanced financial analysis, reporting, and Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
