We're on the lookout for experienced bartenders and FOH all-rounder who know and love to give exceptional service and engaging with guest.

The Shafston Hotel is under massive renovations with weeks to go before we have completed stage 1. The exciting renovations showcase Garden bar / Bistro, Sports Bar and Gaming Room, Pool Tables plus more to be revealed in the weeks to come.

If you have passion for hospitality and you're into storytelling and creating memorable experiences from the moment guests walk in, we'd love to hear from you.

This can be hybrid role at times. You'll spend most of your time behind the bar, but we're also looking for someone confident on the floor - welcoming guests, running food, doing what it takes to get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working busy shifts and game days

Collaborating with the team members

Welcoming and engaging guests with a confident, professional approach

Delivering smooth, seamless service across bar and floor

Setting up or packing down the bars and floor

Operating POS and handling payments accurately

What We're Looking For:

Proven bartending experience or floor experience

FOH confidence - you're just as comfortable on the floor as you are in the bar

Genuine interest in willingness to learn (training provided)

Solid communication skills and a calm, capable presence under pressure

Thursday - Sunday availability is essential, weekday flexibility a bonus

RSA certification required

Must have the right to work in Australia

Experience with POS systems and cash handling
