Direct to Customer Experience Manager

Full-time – Glandore Estate Wines, Hunter Valley

Glandore Estate is seeking a dynamic and motivated Direct to Customer Experience Manager to lead all aspects of direct customer interaction.

This is a Fulltime hands-on leadership role covering our Cellar Door, Wine Club Membership, and Events, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the Glandore experience.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in these key areas, who brings a fresh outlook on wine tourism, customer service, and team management. You’ll be responsible for driving exceptional experiences for our guests, inspiring loyalty among wine club members, and ensuring the smooth delivery of both on-site and external events.

Experience with WithWine, Rezdy, and Deputy software is highly regarded, along with strong skills in team leadership, staff training, and cellar door operations.

The role also involves a hands-on approach to continuously improving customer experiences, stock management, and the development of our cellar door team.
