Chan and Li International Pty Ltd is a food ingredients manufacturer and distributor that has been operating for over 30 years. We are one of the biggest suppliers/distributors to bakeries and restaurants in NSW. We manufacture a range of croissants, danishes, and other pastry lines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hardworking full-time Pastry Production worker to join us as we expand our production. Majority of our production is handmade, so someone who has bakery experience would be greatly valued. Some heavy lifting will be required - i.e. bags of flour, dough and trays.

With the role, you will:

be responsible for production, alongside 8 other members for the daily output quantity and quality

be diligent in hygiene practices to work in an industrial bakery in accordance to practice and codes set by NSW food standards.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Proven experience in pastry

Experience in bakery

High level of personal cleanliness and hygiene.

Excellent organization and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
