We are searching for amazing educators to be apart of our Buderim and Maroochydore Centres. Our boutique centre in Buderim has proudly served the Sunshine Coast community for over 25 years, offering high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. With natural play spaces and a warm, homelike atmosphere, Meadow Lane Early Learning is a place where children can imagine, explore, and thrive. Meadow Lane Early Learning Maroochydore is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and is bringing our philosophy to a new community, offering high-quality early learning for children aged 6 weeks to school age, with thoughtfully designed spaces that support children’s creativity, wellbeing, and connection.

Our expectations:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards.

Current first aid certificate including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis management.

Positive working with children check (blue card).

Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and workplace health and safety standards.

Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A reliable and passionate approach to your work.

Willingness to work 4-5 days per week.
