Life Early Learning Centre is a 60-place Christian Childcare Service dedicated to nurturing young minds from 6 weeks to 6 years old in a loving and supportive environment. As a key ministry of Life Church, we are committed to providing a high standard of care and education, reflecting our Christian values in everything we do.

We are seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant team. We have multiple positions available, including part-time and casual roles. If you have a heart for nurturing children and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Your Role:

As an educator at Life Early Learning Centre, you will:

Collaborate with the Educational Leader and Operations Manager to develop and implement a high-quality Early Learning Program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of our rooms, promoting the highest standards of care and education.

Provide exceptional care, meeting the health, safety, and developmental needs of all children in your care.

Contribute to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment that aligns with the Life Church Vision Statement.

What We’re Looking For:

Life Early Learning Centre educators are more than just caregivers; they are cultural definers, carrying the heart of our church. We are looking for individuals who:

Are committed members of a local church and feel a strong calling of God upon their lives.

Hold Early Childhood qualifications (minimum Cert III) from a recognised training organisation, along with other relevant sector qualifications such as First Aid, Anaphylaxis Training, Working with Children Check clearance, and Accredited Child Protection Training.

Are intuitive, detail-oriented, and passionate about Early Learning.

Exhibit flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, and grace, with a clear understanding and respect for confidentiality.

Thrive in a collaborative team environment and are dedicated to supporting others to succeed.
