Kidi Kingdom is a vibrant, family-owned child care provider with 3 centres across Coomera, Pimpama, and Springfield. We care for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years, offering long day care, before and after school care, and school holiday/vacation care. Our ‘whole child’ philosophy nurtures academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.

We currently have exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced (Lead and Assistant) Educators for our growing centres in Coomera and Pimpama.

Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual positions available

As an Educator at Kidi Kingdom Child Care you will:

Inspire and guide curious, playful minds in a safe, supportive setting

Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs

Provide leadership and mentoring to a dedicated team of educators

Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver best practice in early childhood education

Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, our team, and the wider community

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educator (highly regarded)

Relevant qualifications: Certificate III or higher (e.g. Diploma in ECEC)

Current First Aid / CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications, Child Protection

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Strong knowledge of early childhood development frameworks and practices

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

A genuine passion for early learning and creating positive outcomes for children
