We are an Online Lighting Store located in Matraville (near Maroubra). We have an industry-leading website www.thelightingoutlet.com.au a spacious office and warehouse.

The company is growing at a rapid pace due to our hard work and commitment to be the best in the industry; sending out approx. 200 - 400 orders per day, serving customers all across Australia and New Zealand.

The role:

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 4:30 pm)

As the Purchase Orders Officer you will be responsible for:

Creating and following up on purchase orders

Maintaining the supplier database, including buy prices

Liaising with suppliers regarding quality issues

Assisting with stock control and inventory management.

Able to give excellent customer service

The right person:

We are looking for a motivated & results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.

You must:

Have experience in customer service and/or sales

Have strong time management skills; deadline drive & punctual

Have strong attention to detail; checking orders & product numbers

Show enthusiasm and be dedicated to hardworking employee

Shopify knowledge

Cin7 knowledge

Lighting or electrical knowledge

Negotiation skills

E-commerce experience
