Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis to support business units and senior management.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with preparation of the monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and FP&A functions with the CFO.
• Maintain financial models to ensure consistency and accuracy in forecasting.
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualification is ideal but not essential.
• Strong exposure to EXL and general financial analysis.
• Ability to learn and work with automation tools like Power BI.
• 3-6 years of accounting, finance and analysis experience.
• Ability to business partner with a range of stakeholders.
