We are seeking a Coordinator for our service in Old Bar. If you love interacting with children aged 5-12 years, working with a team, and making an impact in the community, we want to hear from you!

An Active OOSH Coordinator is responsible for the effective leadership, coordination and daily operation of their service. The role will ensure that the service operates in full compliance with national standards and best practices.

The Coordinator will oversee program development, staff supervision, stakeholder engagement and administrative tasks. The position focuses on delivering a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for children in its care, while fostering positive relationships with parents, caregivers, the school community and regulatory bodies.

A package of $80,000 - $90,000 (including Super) is being offered for this full-time role, PLUS a $1,000 sign-on bonus!
