Peries IGA is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with the ability to fulfill the role of Grocery Manager Full Time at our Dean Street, Rockhampton store.
This position will be responsible for the day to day running of the Grocery department.
The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
Ability mentor and inspire employees to meet sales, cost budgets and compliance standards
Experience with ordering, building displays and filling.
Experience in Grocery 2IC/ Supervisor position.
Strong customer service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation, merchandising and stock management skills
Ability to regularly lift up to 20kgs is an essential requirement
Friendly, approachable and positive team player
This is a full-time position and applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day period which will include afternoons and/or weekends and public holidays.
