The Agency

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple ICT projects, including stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Deliver clear, standard artefacts such as user stories, process maps (as-is/to-be), and requirements documents
• Guide teams through Agile methodologies and support benefits realisation and cost modelling
• Work across intersecting projects and systems in a complex government ICT environment

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software-focused business analysis projects
• Proven experience working within Agile teams using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Ability to deliver analysis artefacts including BPMN models, business rules mapping, and functional specs
• Ability to understand and deploy COTS systems (.Net, VB, SmartIQ forms and Java Wildfly)
