Lead Designer – Subdivisions / Land Development:

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering civil engineering, surveying, and urban development solutions across Melbourne and Perth. With a strong pipeline of projects and a collaborative culture, they are now seeking a Lead Designer to take ownership of subdivision and land development projects from concept through to delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role where your technical expertise will shape communities and drive high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil design and documentation using 12D and AutoCAD
• Plan and design residential subdivisions, including road networks, drainage, sewerage, and utilities
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and approval submissions
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and surveyors to deliver practical, innovative solutions
• Mentor and support junior designers and engineers

About You:

• Proven experience in subdivision and land development design
• Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, detail-driven, and committed to quality outcomes
• Experience mentoring junior staff will be highly regarded
