What you’ll be doing

• Turning creative designs (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop) into seamless, functional websites.
• Building and maintaining sites across WordPress, Unbounce, Umbraco, Squiz, with custom coding (HTML, PHP, CSS, JS).
• Proactively diagnosing and fixing website issues to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborating with designers, account managers, and content specialists to deliver impactful client outcomes.
• Running technical SEO audits, improving site health, managing schema, link structures, and publishing optimised content.
• Driving growth in client organic visibility by executing and refining SEO strategies.

What we’re looking for

• Solid hands-on web development experience with CMS platforms and custom coding.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to transform designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Confidence diagnosing issues and solving problems quickly.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and how it impacts business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills – you can clearly explain solutions to clients and collaborate across teams.
