That’s Amore Cheese is a proudly Australian-owned company and a leader in producing high-quality Italian-style cheeses. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Pick Packer (Hybrid role) to join our passionate team based in Thomastown.

If you enjoy being on the road, working with food, and delivering outstanding service to customers, this is the role for you!

This is full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and involves a combination of order picking, packing, and multi-drop delivery driving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their cheese products fresh, on time, and with a smile.

What We’re Looking For

A clean and valid driver's licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg

Comfortable working in cold storage environments (cool rooms)

Flexible and team-oriented – able to switch between picking and driving as needed

A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

Load delivery vehicle with daily orders

Plan and complete multi-drop delivery runs efficiently

Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers

Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues

Pick and pack orders accurately and in full for next-day delivery

Rotate stock using FIFO principles

Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and work areas

Keep accurate records of deliveries and stock handling
