Chapex Site Services is a licensed demolition and concrete cutting service provider in Western Australia holding a Class 1 Demolition Licence, ensuring full compliance with WA safety and industry standards. Established in 2011 as a diversified construction services company which included labour hire and equipment hire, Chapex Site Services evolved into one of the most highly efficient and specialised Western Australian demolition and concrete cutting contractors.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate HR/HC trucks for the transport of concrete cutting and demolition materials.

● Transporting demolition waste from job sites to waste management and recycling facilities.

● Mobilise and demobise equipment and materials to and from site.

● Conducting pre-start checks and completing vehicle logbooks.

● Complying with WA road transport regulations, fatigue management, and workplace.

health and safety requirements.

● Work closely with site teams to support project logistics and deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required

● Current HR class driver’s licence.

● At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in heavy vehicle operations, ideally in

construction or demolition.

● Ability to safely load, secure, and unload materials.

● Knowledge of WA road laws and transport safety practices.

● White Card (Construction Induction).

● Strong safety focus, punctuality, and reliability.

Salary Range

$77,000 – $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Employment Conditions

● Full-time, ongoing position based in Perth, WA.

● Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project schedules.
