Job Title: Venue Manager – Driving Range & Hospitality

Location: Golf Park Adelaide
Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 AUD + superannuation

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, versatile Venue Manager to oversee our driving range operations and hospitality services. You’ll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, support golf coaches, handle marketing and VIP programs, and ensure an outstanding experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest inquiries.

Oversee driving range setup, maintenance, and safety.

Manage food & beverage operations, menus, and ordering.

Supervise staff, create rosters, and support HR processes.

Handle cash, budgets, and reporting alongside the CEO.

Support marketing, digital campaigns, and VIP subscription programs.

Assist golf instructors and ensure smooth lesson operations.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Experience in hospitality, sports facility management, or similar.

Ability to work weekends on a fair roster system.

RSA certificate and understanding of food & beverage operations.

Proficiency in digital platforms and basic financial management.
