About the role

We are seeking an experienced Laser Hair Removal and Beauty Therapies Clinic Manager to join our team at Professional Laser Clinic in Merrylands, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for the smooth operation and management of our busy laser hair removal and beauty treatments clinic.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, ensuring excellent customer service

Perform laser hair removal and beauty therapy treatments to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Order and manage stock and supplies for the clinic

Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner

Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive new business

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in laser hair removal, beauty therapy, or a related field

Minimum one year experience working as a laser hair removal and beauty therapist

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive client experience

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology
