We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Beauty Therapist to join our thriving head spa and skin clinic.

About Us: Skin & Things By Kat has been operating since 2020 as a premium Advanced Skin Clinic located in the heart of Bankstown. In 2023, we opened one of the first head spa's in Sydney under the brand The Scalp Spa. Our Bankstown location has a mix of advanced skin treatments and relaxing, holistic head spa therapies.

Your Role: As a Beauty Therapist at The Scalp Spa, you will be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for delivering an array of indulgent treatments that cater to our diverse clientele. From advanced skin corrective treatments and luxurious facials to therapeutic massages that melt away stress, your hands-on expertise will guide our guests on personalised journeys to beauty and well-being.

What You'll Do:

Administer a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, laser facials, advanced skin treatments, hydrafacials, cosmelan lumixa and more.

Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, tailoring treatments accordingly.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge services.

Educate clients on skincare routines and products that align with their goals.

Foster a welcoming and serene atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Collaborate with colleagues to create exceptional spa packages and promotions.

What You Bring:

Accredited certification in Beauty Therapy and hold a qualification in Laser

A genuine passion for enhancing clients' beauty and well-being.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, creating meaningful connections with clients.

Keen attention to detail, ensuring treatments are executed with precision.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
