The Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You'll drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and help establish the culture and operations of a brand-new store from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Support daily store operations, including sales performance, visual merchandising, and stock management.

Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a motivating team environment.

Ensure operational excellence, including loss prevention, compliance, and health & safety standards.

Foster strong relationships with customers to create a loyal client base.
