About the role

Outdoor Blind Designs is seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Greenfields, Western Australia. This is a full-time permanent position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company within the manufacturing and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly and production of high-quality outdoor blinds and shades

Operating production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all health and safety protocols

Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment, preferably within the blinds/window furnishings industry

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work area

Good communication and teamwork skills
