This role would report to our Production Manager and would rotate between operating our powder mixer and filling machine as well as working as a general hand doing other production tasks. The ideal candidate will have the required licenses, be able to safely lift 20+ kgs, and be able to follow written work orders.

This is a permanent full time position (38 hours per week) with hours Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm, Friday 7.30am - 2.00pm. The starting wage is above award rates at $28.50ph + super and will increase to $30ph + super upon passing probation. Consideration is also given to relevant qualifications and any relevant chemical production experience.

Previous chemical experience is desirable but not required for this role.

The job involves (but not limited to):

Blending Chemicals to make our powdered products.

Operating our filling and packing machines.

Performing repacks, decants and labelling of products.

Transferring stock between warehouses using a forklift.

Identifying equipment defects/variations in line with product quality processes.

Conducting minor maintenance as required and reporting any issues that require attention.

Maintaining a clean and safe working area.

And assisting with other production needs as required.

Essential Qualifications (evidence must be supplied at interview):

Forklift License LF (forklift truck) – to meet the requirements of Worksafe W.A.

Driver’s License – current “C” Class driver's license or higher.
