Title: Manager Engagement & Partnerships, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $121186.47 to $140839.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Library:
Northern Beaches Libraries are one of the largest and well-used library services in NSW. The library network has six library branches spread across the Northern Beaches in addition to online and outreach services, providing contemporary and innovate spaces, programs and services that support lifelong learning, social connection and community wellbeing

Our opportunity:
This position takes the lead on developing, implementing and promoting community opportunities for engagement and participation with the Library Service. Key focus areas include:
1) Leading key stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders by building and maintaining partnerships and creating new engagement opportunities.
2) Overseeing the delivery of quality, contemporary and innovative programs, events, exhibitions and outreach opportunities across library services.
3) Leading a team across multi-disciplinary functions and geographic locations, creating a positive adaptive team for the delivery of innovative library services.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic events professional to join our industry leading library team with the enthusiasm to develop and deliver innovative and contemporary events, build strong community partnerships and drive engagement with our diverse community.
