We’re a 59-place, standalone centre rated EXCEEDING, and proud to have built long-term connections with both our families and staff.

Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre requires an enthusiastic person to undertake a traineeship, working towards a Certificate III in Early Years Education. The position is 5 days per week, hours ranging from 7:00-6:00, 8 hour shifts per day. Applicants should be committed and dedicated, with a passion for learning new things in a supportive and encouraging environment. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years or turning 18 in the near future.

You do not require any prior knowledge or experience, only a hands-on and hard-working attitude, and a genuine respect and interest in children. You will be supported as you complete your traineeship through an RTO, whilst working full-time and gaining incredible knowledge and skills.

You will be joining an experienced and excitable team, and a fun positive atmosphere, you will enjoy your time here! Management provides many opportunities for learning, including regular professional development, and team bonding is valued, and where management genuinely cares for you!!!
