What are we looking for?

Seeking a silicone/caulking installer that has experience in all aspects of internal & external silicone works. The scope of works can range from the installation of silicone to various surfaces including walls, floors, ceilings, facades, external articulation joints and a variety of remedial work.

As the work will be carried out at the client’s or builders site, it is critical that you are well presented, mild mannered, good housekeeping practice, customer service focused and can work unsupervised. Your time management is second to none.

Whilst this role is based in the Newcastle, Central Coast & Mid North Coast areas, the majority of the work will be undertaken in the Hunter and the surrounding areas.

Requirements of the role

Previous experience as a silicone/caulking installer in residential and/or commercial construction projects.

Proficiency in applying different types of caulking materials to various surfaces whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Current Unrestricted Driver’s License (company vehicle will be provided)
