Our client is an innovative legal leader specialising in wills, probate and estate planning. Working across almost all Australian jurisdictions, they are the leader in their field and havegone from strength to strength from their founding in 2020, having already helped tens of thousands of clients.

The Role
Our client is seeking a natural leader who presents with a minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally from sizeable law firm/ in-house legal environment, and who has mentored and led successful teams. You will have experience working with wills, estates, conveyancing and understand power of attorney and legal guardianship.

Key Accountabilities & Technical skills:

• Solid and proven understanding of Wills, Estates and Conveyancing
• 5+ years PQE experience
• Knowledge or experience with PEXA and Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system
• Knowledge or experience in property transmissions across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with conveyancing and drafting bespoke wills (including testamentary trusts) is highly desirable
• Liaising with clients and lodging with consistent client follow up
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing a team

• Strategically minded and a natural leader who thrives working in an innovative environment
• Exceptional communication skills on both a verbal and written level where client contact is always of the highest standard
• Relevant Australian qualifications are essential along with PEXA experience
• Experience from a large firm or in-house legal preferred
• Experience managing a team – this role will see you leading, supporting and developing a team of 4
