We are seeking experienced support workers to work with our clients based in and around Hope Island. We are looking for people who have experience in dementia, behavioral support, Aquired Brain Injuries and mental health conditions. The candidate will ideally be available for day shifts and sleepover shifts. Our client requires complex care and therefore, we are only taking support workers with experience for this role. Your main duties will involve:

Providing behavioral support to the client ensuring their well-being and safety

Managing medication and assisting clients with emotional health support

Experience with Aquired Brain Injuiries

Assisting with domestic duties and organisation to create a comfortable and nurturing environment

Completing Personal Cares and Manual Handling Tasks (hoist)

BOTH day shifts and sleepover shifts available.

Must have or willing to obtain:
- NDIS worker screening card & working with children check
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Individual Support Cert or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle
- Manual Handling Certificate
