The opportunity

We are seeking experienced and qualified Boilermakers and Welders for immediate start in Darwin, NT. As a Boilermaker or Welder, you will play a vital role in the production and maintenance of high-quality metal fabrications and structures for our diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform heavy carbon steel plate fabrication, structural steelwork, pipework, and maintenance tasks

Carry out welding and fabrication to the highest quality standards while adhering to strict safety protocols

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately

Operate welding equipment and machinery including MIG, TIG, and stick welders

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and identify efficient solutions

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices

What You Need to Succeed

Certificate III in Engineering / Fabrication Trade (or higher)

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within trades or engineering services

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics

Current Forklift Licence and/or other high-risk licences (desirable)

Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (desirable)

Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
