Position: Roadworkers

Salary: $42.43 (including casual loading) plus superannuation

Overview: Our government client is seeking reliable Roadworkers to assist their crews on road maintenance projects in the Goulburn area. The work will involve a range of labouring tasks using hand and power tools, and small plant, either as an individual or as part of a team. The work hours are generally 8.5 hours per day, 76 hours per fortnight

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Duties include:

• Pothole and pavement repair
• Debris removal
• Sign and guardrail repairs
• Operating footpath rollers and concrete saw

Essential Criteria
To be successful you will require:

• Previous labouring experience in civil construction
• White Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• Workers on Foot (or willing to obtain)
• Traffic Control ticket (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Physically fit for labouring duties

Appointments are subject to the following checks/ clearances:

• Reference checks
• National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
• Rights to Work in Australia

This assignment is expected to run up until the end of Feb 2026 but has the potential to be extended.
