We are a family-owned Building & Maintenance Company delivering works across NSW & the ACT, we are seeking a Carpenter with Maintenance experience to join the Team.

Our Office is based in Ingleburn, you will be responsible for current Building & Maintenance jobs across Greater Sydney, attending multiple job sites weekly.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Interpreting plans & drawings to determine requirements for projects
• Ensuring work is completed at a high standard within timelines
• Work with clients and subcontractors to deliver quality work
• Provide updates to Operations Team on status of jobs
• Updating company Database via tablet/phone with notes, photos, completed work orders etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and clients’ internal WHS guidelines.

You must have the following Qualifications / Skills to be considered for this position:

• Carpentry Trade or relevant experience
• Current Drivers license & White Card
• Ability to successfully obtain police check, working with children check & pass Drug / Alcohol test.
• Certificate IV in building preferred but not essential

Experience working with Government and Local Councils will be highly regarded.

In this position you will be required to work overtime / after hours for certain projects.
