Support & Empower families with their child's NDIS journey | Highly Welcoming Team
Make a difference in the lives of children 0-9 years and their families
NFP Salary Packaging , PD Budget, Supportive Leadership and Flexible Employer
BUSHkids is a not-for-profit organisation that has been at the heart of transforming lives of regional children across Queensland for 90 years. Our highly dedicated teams and volunteers are all driven by a shared vision that all children should have access to free allied health services regardless of where they live.
As an Early Intervention Facilitator at BUSHkids, you will play a key role in our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service stream. You will support families with children under 6 years of age showing signs of a developmental delay, as well as children under 9 years with a disability that have been referred to our services.
In this role, you will provide early intervention guidance and information for families that may include allied health supports, and work collaboratively with partner organisations aligned with the BUSHkids model of care. This will include assistance with assessing eligibility and guiding families through the NDIS pathway as well as case managing whilst their child is an NDIS participant. At the core, you will be assisting families and carers in accessing supports and services to achieve better long-term outcomes for their child.
This is a wonderful opportunity to take on an incredibly rewarding role at BUSHkids assisting children, families and your local community where your involvement will make both a meaningful and lasting impact.
