Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of clients, from small businesses through to mid-size firms.
• Engage directly with clients across industries, delivering end-to-end accounting and advisory services.
• Handle a mix of compliance work (individual tax returns, commercial reporting) and value-add advisory.
• Work as part of a flat-structured team, collaborating with juniors, seniors, and partners.
• Support clients using diverse systems (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, and others), adapting to their individual needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business services accounting.
