Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based midwifery care to women and newborns

Provide antenatal, labour, birth, and postnatal support

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes

Educate and support women and families through their maternity journey

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols

Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife

Minimum 2 year of recent experience in midwifery (new grads welcome at some facilities)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Compassionate, resilient, and committed to woman-centred care

Ability to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
