We’re looking for a full-time Depot & Welding Technician to join our practical, hands-on team at Spring Farm. This is a varied role – you’ll use your welding skills, assist with general depot operations, and help maintain our container fleet.

The role involves outdoor, physical work in a depot environment that can be dusty or dirty, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done!

Your Key Duties include:

Perform container repairs and modifications (basic welding)

Operate hand tools (drills, grinders, plasma cutters)

Paint and spray paint containers

Assist with various general depot tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A safety-first mindset

Experience with hand tools is essential

Ability to work independently

Requirements:

Current driver’s license is mandatory

Pre-employment medical assessment is required

Must be eligible to work full-time in Australia
