An outstanding opportunity is now available for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to jump into managing clients, guiding a team, leading VCFO meetings, and gaining hands-on exposure to high-level advisory work. In this role, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Managing an exciting and diverse client portfolio
VCFO Tasks including budgeting and forecasting, month end accounting and monthly consolidated reporting
Delegating and reviewing annual compliance (financial statements, income tax returns, tax reconciliations)
Managing and reviewing the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns
Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Providing feedback, training, and guidance to team members including acting as a mentor and a point of contact
Driving to improve efficiencies and systems for clients
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will:
Be CA or CPA qualified
Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a reputable firm
Be collaborative and driven to mentor junior staff
Possess strong technical knowledge of tax and accounting standards
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
